Our Story<\/h2>\n

Dr. Corrie Fawcett and Dr. Nadia Robichaud met in 2008 while working together as associates in a Saanich dental clinic. They enjoyed being colleagues and built confidence in each others abilities, in fact they are each other\u2019s dentist! Because they share a similar practice philosophy and style, they are very happy to be partners at Elk Lake Dentistry.<\/p>\n

In taking the time to listen, they strive to understand the individual concerns and dental needs of their patients. There is often more than one solution to every problem. Nadia and Corrie enjoy the process of educating patients on their treatment options, and it is important to them that everyone feel comfortable asking questions so that they may be participants in their oral health care decisions.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n

Dr. Nadia Robichaud<\/h4>\nGeneral Dentist and Co-Owner\n

Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Robichaud completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 2007 and made the move to Victoria that same year. Dentistry is for Nadia the perfect union of the enjoyment of working with people and being able to complete meticulous work with her hands. \u00a0She is proud to be half of the Elk Lake Dentistry partnership.<\/p>\nHer community involvement includes oral health presentations to children of Kindergarten and elementary school ages as well as having been a guest speaker on CFAX. \u00a0She enjoys working closely with her Master Dental Technician husband, Lars, to fabricate quality dental restorations. \u00a0Their greatest collaboration however remains raising their daughter, Margo. Their Sheepadoodle pup, Lily, is also a familiar addition at the office.\n\nLes services en fran\u00e7ais sont offerts.\n\n

Dr. Corrie Fawcett<\/h4>\nGeneral Dentist and Co-Owner\n

Corrie has been practicing dentistry in Victoria for 20 years. \u00a0She stays on top of emerging dental technology and practices by being involved with the SPEAR Study Club and meeting regularly with dental specialists and like-minded colleagues. \u00a0Corrie has practiced with Dr. Nadia Robichaud for many years, and shares the same practice philosophies. \u00a0Corrie and Nadia make a synergistic team and readily cover for each other when one of them is not in the office.<\/p>\nCorrie balances being a dentist with being a mother of two, sporty teenage children. Corrie enjoys life on the peninsula. \u00a0She can be found running around Elk Lake with friends, spending time with family, gardening and making meals with local ingredients. \u00a0She is grateful for the time and flexibility that working in an office close to her home and community affords.\n\n

Our welcoming and experienced dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create comfortable, friendly and rewarding dental visits. Their knowledge and abilities make Elk Lake Dentistry a true collaborative environment.<\/p>\nAt the front office is Donna, with over 25 years of dental reception experience, she communicates with patients on a regular basis regarding scheduling appointments, fee payments and office policies.\n\nOur Certified Dental Assistants, Claire and Daniel, facilitate dental procedures by working chairside during your visits. They ensure that patients are comfortable and instruments are sterilized.\n\nExperienced Registered Dental Hygienists, Shelley and Shawna, provide individualized and thorough periodontal care and maintenance, as well as oral hygiene tips to optimize your dental well-being and home care.\n\n<\/div>\n
